How long do sessions last?
Each session is for 50 minutes. For couples I offer longer sessions of up to 75 minutes. This is because when there are two people in the session it can simply take longer to hear what needs to be said. But 50 minutes can work for couples work too.
How much does it cost?
My fee for individuals is £55.00 per session.
My couples fees start at £75.00 per session, and increase prorata for extended sessions.
If you’re an employer or insurer reading this, then please contact me to check my sessional fees as there will be an additional charge for report writing and invoicing and administration.
How often would I need to come?
It’s usually good to attend weekly, at least in the beginning, but It all depends on how practical that is for you. Fortnightly is fine too, and just takes longer.
